🏀 Dr Dish Sessions for Term 4 🏀

It's the off season and now is the time to make any adjustments, tweaks, or build a solid foundation for your shot.

Sessions include some fundamental development as well as working on finishing at the rim.

Limited spaces so as 1 to 1 time can be spent breaking down your shot, film analysis and understanding the biomechanics of each player's shot, unique to you while shooting on Dr Dish.

Sessions are open to coaches who want to learn at any time. Delivered by GM Matt Lint, with experience gained from more than 15 years of teaching shooting mechanics to thousands of shooters.

Who can attend? Players born 2013 or earlier.

Tuesdays: Oct 21 & 28
