Each winter season, NCBA enters teams into the Canterbury Basketball Club Competition under the “NC” Banner.
This competition is a great step up from our 4D Freight FNBB competition for kids to continue their development. In alignment with our development philosophy, we aim to provide the opportunity for everyone to play who wants to.
The 2023 season runs from the end of April to the start of September, with games played throughout Christchurch and North Canterbury on Saturday and Sundays against clubs from the region. Additionally, teams train 1x per week.
Grades that are offered in 2023 by NCBA are below alongside their trial information.

Please note, to attend trials this year, there is a deposit to attend $30 non-refundable.
$30 is refundable, if in the unlikely chance, players do not gain a position in a team. The $30 will come off the cost of the club season's fees, should a player make a team. It will not be refunded if a player withdraws.
