NCBA Summer Development Programme
Kicking off on November 23rd, we're thrilled to offer a top-tier off-season development programme in partnership with @performance_wellbeingnz and NC Sports. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay sharp and level up your game before the next season!
What to Expect: A typical week includes:
- - Plyometrics & Injury Prevention
- - On-court Skills and Scrimmages led by Lori McDaniel and special guest coaches
- - Sessions with our Representative Coaches (appointments announced mid-December)
- - Plus, workshops on Nutrition, Mental Skills, and Safe Technology Use
Performance Testing:
We’ll run testing sessions at the start and end of the programme to track your progress in speed, agility, and strength.
Register will be open at the end of October 2025.
Spaces will be limited. Groups will be formed based on ability and experience.
Age Groups:
U20–18 yrs (Born 2006, 07, 08, 09)
U16–14 yrs (Born 2010, 11, 12)
